Newsflash: Strictly Analog to be Included in Immerse or Die Story Bundle

In my last post, I was singing the praises of Jefferson Smith’s “Immerse or Die” book reviews and their usefulness for readers (finding good books, avoiding bad ones) and writers (the site offers a snapshot of the things that pull readers in and drive them away). I also mentioned that my cyberpunk dystopia, Strictly Analog, is among Jefferson’s elite group of “survivors“–books that made it past the 40 minute mark without earning any of his dreaded “WTF” critiques.

I was pleased last summer when I found out that the book had run the gauntlet and come out unscathed, even more pleased when Jefferson got in touch with me to say he’d read the whole book and really enjoyed it. However, “pleased” doesn’t quite do justice to the feelings I had when he let me know he had worked out a deal with the people over at Story Bundle to put together a group of Immerse or Die Survivors to offer as a bundle to their readers starting April 15th–and that Strictly Analog would be included in the bundle. Jefferson put 114 books to the test in 2014, and only 13 went the distance; of those 13, he chose the 8 best and worked out the deal with Story Bundle.

What is Story Bundle, you ask? It’s a site that offers sets of themed books for whatever price readers want to pay. Part of the money goes to charity, and bundle buyers get a great deal. Not only that, but Indie writers get a solid boost of support.

So, which books are you going to have the opportunity to get at the price you choose? Check ’em out:
